We want our customers to be 100% satisfied.  We have outlined what our customers can expect.  

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Returns must be received back within 14 days of purchase.

If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

All orders are subject to: 1) a 15% restocking fee  2)  any applicable freight charges on returning the product

In the event that a package is undeliverable / refused and returned to us, any freight costs incurred on the return is the sole responsibility of the customer.

What is a Cancellable/Refundable Item.  

Any print job OR stock envelope order that has NOT been shipped, processed by prepress or printed. If your artwork has been processed, but NOT printed, a cancellation is possible less $100 pre-press fee. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

What is NOT a Reprintable Item:

Errors on grammar, spelling, or omissions made on artwork provided by customer.

Incorrect artwork specifications on customer supplied art such as incorrect bleed, low resolution elements, incorrect postal automation area.

Errors in grammar, spelling or other omissions made by our design department IF customer has approved job for print.

Jobs that are cut within 1/16th of an inch of it's actual size.

Before ANY job is approved for reprint we require samples to be sent to us for verification. We may, at our discretion, issue a pickup request of the original order. All reprints are of the original artwork submitted.

What is NOT Cancellable/Refundable:

Any order that has already been shipped or produced (either shipped or unshipped).

If you place a custom order, printed Xpress Envelopes items are unable to be re-used or resold.  NO REFUNDS. 

Any Postage costs that have been submitted to the United States Postal Service.

Any order that is delayed because of a shipping carrier such as R & L, UPS or FedEx. Please read Shipping & Return Policy pages for more information.
